I. Cancellation policy
Cancellation fee:
If the guests cancel their reservation 30 to 60 days before check-in, 50% is refundable.
If the guests cancel their reservation 60 or more days before check-in, 100% is refundable.
A prepayment/guarantee payment fee:
50% of the booking amount are to be received in the Rental in Spain bank account 60 days prior to guest arrival.
The total amount are to be received in the Rental in Spain bank account 7 days prior to guest arrival.
The Rental in Spain reserves the right to cancel any booking which is not paid 7 days prior.
A No show penalty:
In the event of A no-show, the Total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
II. Check-in and Check-out
Check-In Time: 16.00 – 20.00
Check Out Time: 08.00-11.00
We will meet you personally at the apartments and will make a short room tour and In-person key exchanges.
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs but it’s not always possible. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to check-in early or check out later.
III. Registration
According to the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all hosts in Spain are required to register their guests to guarantee citizen security.
Registration is mandatory for all guests who will be with you in the apartment, including children.
IV. Tourist Tax
The Catalan tourism tax applies to all establishments where tourists stay – from campsites and youth hostels to hotels and cruise ships.
Holiday apartments and private homes rented to tourists are also affected by the tax.
Evceryone from 17years and older have to pay to a maximum total of 7 days per person per day 1 EUR.
V. House Rules
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests are allowed (MAXIMUM of 7 guests in total including children)
- Do not use the premises for any illegal activities
- No smoke
- Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb
- No pets
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room, living room and outdoors on the patio
- Quiet time after 23:00
- The fee for the lost 1 key will be 20EUR
- MAXIMUM capacity is 7 people, including babys
We kindly request all guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the apartment and common areas. Please be considerate of other residents and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, we kindly ask guests who smoke to do so on the terrace in a safe manner. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment indoors while still allowing for a pleasant smoking experience on the terrace.
VI. Feel Free to use:
You are welcome to use everything that is available in the house. I trust and hope that you will treat it with the same care and respect as if you were the owner. It is my sincere wish that you never encounter any issues that would require using the deposit for any purpose.
Accidents happen, and that’s okay. If you accidentally drop or break something, please take responsibility for it and let us know. We appreciate your honesty, and together, we can find a solution.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
